Description: This template shows a stem cell therapy approach against HIV/AIDS in which a patient is pre-treated with chemotherapy or radiation to eliminate HIV-infected immune cells, then administered a combined stem cell graft from a haploidentical adult donor and umbilical cord blood cells carrying an HIV-protective mutation.
