Description: This template compares two approaches to T cell-based immunotherapy, one starting from a patient blood cell collection that is expanded and engineered into CAR-T or TCR-T cells, and the other starting from a patient tumor sample from which tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes are expanded. Both engineered cell types are injected back into the patient, where they detect and kill cancer cells.
