BioRender Referral Program
How can I participate in the referral program?
To participate, you need to invite 3 friends who are not current or former BioRender users. Once those 3 friends sign up and create at least 2 BioRender figures, you will have earned your science-themed t-shirt!
Is there an age restriction to participate in the t-shirt giveaway?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enter the giveaway.
Can I enter the t-shirt referral program if I live outside North America?
Yes, this program is open to participants in North America and Europe.
How many t-shirts will be given away?
One t-shirt per person will be given away for those that meet the criteria outlined.
How will I be notified if I qualify for a t-shirt?
The referrer can track their status directly in BioRender where the invitations were sent. Additionally, an email will be sent to the referrer. Make sure to check your messages and notifications.
Do I need to pay for shipping if I qualify for a t-shirt?
No, BioRender will cover the shipping costs for the t-shirt. The t-shirt includes free shipping to the referrer address.
How long will it take to receive my t-shirt if I qualify?
Qualified referrers will receive their t-shirts within 2-3 weeks from the date the shipping address form is completed.
Can I choose a different t-shirt design if I qualify?
At this time the program has one specific unisex t-shirt design in unisex sizes from XS to 4X.
Can I exchange or return the t-shirt if it doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for t-shirts sent.
What if my t-shirt arrives damaged?
If you have a problem regarding a damaged t-shirt due to shipping, feel free to reach out to us via support@biorender.com. We'll be happy to assist you!
Can I receive more than one t-shirt in the referral program?
No, each participant is eligible to receive only one t-shirt.
Are there any other requirements of the referral program?
Please make sure to follow the instructions given in the giveaway post and adhere to the rules and guidelines specified. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
