Description: This template shows how IL-1, IL-36, TNF-alpha, and IL-17 receptor signaling converge through adaptor complexes like MyD88/TRAF6, TRADD/TRAF2/RIPK1, and CARD14/TRAF6/ACT1 to activate TAK1, leading to phosphorylation of JNK, ERK, and P38 as well as IkBalpha degradation and NF-kB nuclear translocation. Both the MAPK/AP1 branch and the NF-kB/C-EBPs branch drive transcription of antimicrobial peptides and chemokines including Cxcl1/2/8 and Ccl20 in psoriasis.
