Description
This template shows production of allogeneic CAR T cells starting from leukocytes isolated from a healthy donor, which are transduced with recombinant lentivirus to express a CAR and then gene-edited with ZFN or TALEN to remove the endogenous TCR. The resulting TCR-negative CAR T cells are amplified, purified, and infused as an off-the-shelf product into multiple patients.
