Description:

This template shows two methods for assembling membrane proteins into nanodiscs after solubilization of membrane elements. The standard method first purifies membrane proteins before assembling them with phospholipids into nanodiscs, while the alternative method assembles the unpurified mix with phospholipids first and purifies the membrane proteins afterward.
