Description
This template shows the steps of bacterial electroporation, starting with electrocompetent cells and plasmid DNA on ice, transferring them to an electroporation cuvette, applying an electric shock of 15 kV per cm for 5 microsecond pulses using an electroporator, and allowing the cells to recover into transformed cells.
