Description

1. Roots were gathered and then washed with distilled water and 0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution. 2. Sterilized roots were dried and grinded to make fine powder. Powder is transferred into distilled water and allowed to boil for 30 min. 3. 3mM of Zinc acetate sol. is prepared and mixed with plant extract in the ratio 7:3. 4. Biosynthesized Zinc oxide NPs were separated from reaction mix. through 10 min of centrifugation at 9000 rpm.. Small pellets are turned into powdered nanoparticles
