Cell-Based Immunotherapies for Cancer
Description
This template shows five cell-based cancer immunotherapy platforms derived from either donated or patient-collected cells, including NK cells, macrophages, T cells, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), and dendritic cells (DC), each expanded and in most cases engineered (CAR-NK, CAR-M, CAR-T/TCR-T) before being injected into the patient. It also depicts an in vivo dendritic cell loading pathway using cytokine injection and activation, with all pathways converging on detection and killing of cancer cells.
