Description
This template shows the four steps of a competitive ELISA, in which wells pre-coated with a secondary antibody receive a mixture of capture antibody, enzyme-conjugated analyte, and sample. The analyte and enzyme-conjugated analyte compete for antibody binding, and the resulting enzymatic color reaction with TMB substrate is inversely proportional to the amount of analyte in the sample.
