Dual FluoroSpot Assay Protocol
Description
This template shows a five-step dual FluoroSpot assay protocol in which stimulated cells secrete two antigens that are captured by immobilized antibodies in a well. TAG-labeled and biotinylated detection antibodies bind the two analytes, followed by fluorophore-labeled anti-TAG antibody and streptavidin-fluorophore conjugates, producing pink and blue fluorescent spots at the well base that are quantified separately for each antigen.
