Description
A comprehensive workflow for analyzing gene expression from tissue samples. The process begins with RNA extraction from the biopsy sample, followed by assessing RNA concentration and purity using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Next, cDNA synthesis is performed. Quantitative PCR (q-PCR) is then conducted to amplify and detect target genes. The results are analyzed based on fluorescence thresholds, and fold change calculations are performed to determine gene expression levels.
