An editable high resolution scientific image depicting Fungal Inoculum Preparation and Measurement of the Antifungal Effect of Phenolic Extracts

Description

This template outlines a two-part workflow for testing antifungal activity of phenolic extracts, starting with fungal inoculum preparation through conidia collection, suspension filtration, and conidial concentration adjustment using a hemocytometer before inoculating growth medium. The second part shows applying phenolic extract from olive leaves, stems, and roots along with the fungal inoculum to microplates, then measuring growth inhibition by UV-VIS after 7 days of incubation at 27 degrees Celsius without light.
