Description:

This template traces the eight steps of the IMD signaling pathway, beginning with recognition of DAP-type bacterial peptidoglycan and recruitment of IMD, dFADD, and DREDD. It follows ubiquitination by DIAP2, recruitment of the TAB2/TAK1 and IKK complex, and cleavage and phosphorylation of Relish, ending with transcription of target genes in the nucleus.
