Immunoproteasomal Processing of IsoLG-Adducted Proteins in Hypertension
Description
IsoLG-modified proteins inhibit the constitutive proteasome, while the immunoproteasome is upregulated in hypertension to process these proteins into IsoLG-peptide adducts. In dendritic cells and endothelial cells, these adducts are presented to T cells.
