Intracytoplasmic Morpholino (MO) Microinjection of Mouse Embryos
Description
This figure outlines the steps involved in the intracytoplasmic injection of morpholinos (MO) into mouse embryos. It begins with the induction of superovulation in female mice using Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin (PMSG) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), followed by the collection of fertilized zygotes. The cumulus cells are then removed from the zygotes, which are subsequently microinjected with MOs. Finally, the embryos are cultured for further analysis.
