Description:

Seed INS1 cells in a 12-well plate. On the second day, wash twice with PBS and starve overnight in serum-free medium. Add the compound and incubate at 37 °C for 1 hour. Wash the cells with PBS, isolate RNA, and finally perform qPCR.
