An editable high resolution scientific image depicting Mechanism of Allergic Inflammation Induction

Description

This template shows how an allergen crossing disrupted epithelium is captured by a dendritic cell and presented to a naive T cell, which differentiates into a Th2 cell and interacts with a B cell through CD28/CD80/86 and CD40/CD40L signaling to drive IgE production. The resulting allergen-specific IgE binds mast cells, triggering mediator release and allergic reactions.
