Mouse identification for genotyping using ear punching
Description
For a cage holding up to 5 mice, this is an example of the different ear punches that could be applied to distinguish between animals. Proceed to the tagging and tailing of each animal. Assign an ID to each animal according to their ear punch pattern. Record the ID on the tube that will receive the biological material for genotyping. Proceed with genotyping and use the ear punch pattern to locate in the cage the desired animal for further use.
