Description:

This template shows the workflow for testing MS2 bacteriophage inactivation on nanofiber filter samples, starting with nebulizing MS2 virus onto samples placed in PBS solution and homogenizing them. The samples are serially diluted, mixed with E. coli in top agar, poured onto bottom agar plates, incubated at 37°C, and counted for MS2 plaques using a colony counter.
