An editable high resolution scientific image depicting Origin and Development of Macrophages

Description

This template traces macrophage origin from two developmental routes, a prenatal path where embryonic cells give rise to fetal liver and yolk sac monocytes, and a postnatal path where bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells progress through myeloid progenitors to monocytes. Both routes converge on a row of tissue-specific macrophages, including osteoclasts, microglia, Langerhans cells, Kupffer cells, and spleen macrophage subtypes.
