Description
This template shows the three-step pulse-chase protocol, in which a cell is first pulsed with radiolabeled amino acids to label newly synthesized proteins, then chased with unlabeled amino acids. Proteins are then isolated and their radioactivity measured to distinguish radiolabeled from unlabeled protein over time.
