Description
This template outlines a five-step protocol for purifying murine B cells, beginning with spleen extraction from a mouse and dispersal through a nylon mesh to create a single cell suspension. Splenocytes are then incubated with anti-CD43 antibody-conjugated microbeads, passed through a magnetic cell sorter to separate bead-bound cells, and collected as unbound B cells in the flow-through versus bound non-B cells in the eluted fraction.
