Description
This template shows a seven-step QuEChERS extraction protocol for detecting phthalates in a blubber biopsy sample, starting with freezing and homogenizing the sample, then extracting it in acetonitrile and ammonium formate solvent for phase separation. It continues through vortexing and centrifugation, cleanup with MgSO4, PSA, and C18 sorbents, a second vortex and centrifugation step, and final supernatant drying and reconstitution in cyclohexane for GC-MS analysis.
