R-loops are Resolved by Senataxin
Description
This template shows a three-step process in which RNA Pol II elongation causes an R-loop to nucleate at a GC-rich region of DNA, forming an RNA-DNA hybrid alongside displaced single-stranded DNA. It then shows the enzyme Senataxin resolving the R-loop, separating the mRNA and DNA strands and leading to transcriptional termination.
