Description
This template shows the recovery of blood cells from a leukocyte reduction system cone, starting with cutting the cone ends and collecting the residual blood, then discarding the cone and adding PBS with 2 percent FBS. The diluted sample is then centrifuged to yield a mixture of PBMCs and red blood cells.
