An editable high resolution scientific image depicting Regulation of p53 by MDM2

Description

This template shows how a DNA damage stimulus activates p53, while an oncogene activation stimulus signals through ARF to inhibit MDM2, both converging on p53-driven transcriptional activation of target genes in the nucleus. MDM2 also ubiquitinates p53 to promote its proteasomal degradation, forming a negative feedback loop between p53 and MDM2.
