Description: Slides are stained with fluorescent antibodies for cell markers and RNA-detecting probes. Using GeoMx DSP, fluorescent markers guide the selection of regions-of-interest (ROIs). UV light photocleaves oligos in each ROI, which are collected via microcapillary into distinct wells. This process is repeated for all ROIs. Finally, the oligos are quantified using Illumina NGS sequencing.
