Description
This template shows a naive T cell interacting with a dendritic cell in the germinal center through MHC I-TCR and CD80/86-CD28 signaling, leading to T cell activation, proliferation, and migration. The resulting effector T cell then travels to the tumor site, releasing perforin, granzyme B, IFN gamma, and TNF alpha to kill a cancer cell.
