An editable high resolution scientific image depicting T Cell Co-signaling Regulation

Description

This template shows T cell co-signaling regulation over time, beginning with a naive T cell and immature antigen-presenting cell, progressing through antigen activation and T cell priming via CD28 and B7-2 binding, and branching after 2-3 days into either co-stimulation through CD28/B7-1 and CD28/B7-2 or co-inhibition through CTLA4/B7-1 and CTLA4/B7-2. The end states show an activated T cell paired with an activated antigen-presenting cell, or an inhibited T cell paired with an activated antigen-presenting cell.
