This template shows an antigen-presenting cell (APC) engaging a T cell through an alloantigen displayed on MHC-II, which is bound by the T cell receptor (TCR) alongside the CD3 and CD4 co-receptors. Phosphorylation at the CD3 complex triggers downstream signaling in the T cell nucleus that increases transcription of IFN-gamma.
