Description
This template shows a TR-FRET assay, in which an excitation light source triggers a europium labeled antibody to emit light that transfers energy through fluorescence resonance energy transfer to a second antibody bound to the opposite side of a target protein. The resulting TR-FRET emission at 665 nanometers is shown alongside the donor's emission at 615 nanometers.
