Description
This template shows regulation of TFEB-mediated autophagy, tracing TFEB phosphorylation at the lysosome by mTORC1 and its cytosolic sequestration by 14-3-3 proteins, regulated by calcineurin and PP2A. Dephosphorylated TFEB translocates to the nucleus to activate transcription of autophagy-related genes, while ERK and GSK3β can rephosphorylate it for nuclear export.
