Tumor-Specific T Cell Induction and Function
Description
This template shows a cycle of tumor-specific T cell induction and function, in which dendritic cells present tumor antigen, migrate to the lymph node, and activate naive T cells that become activated T cells. These T cells migrate back to the tumor microenvironment, where Tregs and MDSCs support prolonged CTL activity that drives CTL-mediated apoptosis of tumor cells.
