In red are indicated the proteins that only appeared in the OMV fraction; in clear red, the proteins that were significantly more abundant in OMVs; in green, the proteins that appeared with a higher representation in the S-ECP fraction; in blue, the proteins that were detected in both fractions without significant differences. Proteins that did not appear in total ECPs are represented in white.
