Description:

This illustration presents a virus-like particle designed by David Liu lab (Samagya Banskota, et al., Cell, 2022). It consists of three externally expressed proteins: VSV-G, MMLV gag-pro-pol and MMLV gag-cargo, all of which come from retroviruses. In particular, the construct of fusion protein MMLV gag-cargo is presented below the total VLP structure.
