Description

No description has been provided for this figure.

Following intravenous administration of LNP-mRNA, the majority of LNPs migrate to the liver, get up-taken by hepatocytes and release mRNA into their cytosol, where translation of BiTEs occurs. To play their role, BiTEs need to be trafficked through blood at a whole-body scale, which is modeled by the PTM.
